We strongly recommend pairing your DPC membership with a high-deductible health plan, catastrophic plan, or health-sharing ministry for hospitalizations, specialist care, and emergencies. DPC covers the vast majority of your day-to-day primary care, which can dramatically lower what you need from insurance — and what you pay for it.
Not at this time. Because Bespoke hasn't opted out of Medicare, current regulations prevent us from enrolling Medicare beneficiaries as members. If you're on Medicare, we're glad to talk through your options — and we hope this changes in the future.
We coordinate your referral, communicate with the specialist, and follow up on results. We're your advocate in the system. Specialist visits themselves are not included in membership and are handled through your insurance or self-pay arrangements.
Yes — as of January 2026, HSA funds can be used directly toward DPC membership fees. The current allowance is up to $150 per person per month, or up to $300 per month for families. This makes Bespoke membership even more accessible for members with HSA-eligible health plans. We recommend confirming the details with your HSA administrator or a tax advisor, as individual plan rules may vary.
Concierge practices typically charge much higher fees (often $2,000–$5,000/year per person) and usually still bill insurance on top. DPC is a leaner, more accessible model: we don't take insurance at all, which keeps overhead low and prices reasonable — without sacrificing any of the personal attention.
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for any life-threatening emergency. DPC is primary care, not emergency care. What we can do is help you determine whether something is truly an emergency, handle urgent-but-not-critical issues same-day, and follow up with you after any ER visit.
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time — no penalties, no questions. We're confident in the value of membership and don't believe in locking anyone in. We'll ensure your records are transferred smoothly to your next provider.
